St. Luke Constitution & Bylaws

Since 2014, the Council has been working to revise our Constitution and Bylaws to reflect the way we operate now, and provide guidance and define roles for operation of the Council, Congregation, Operating Teams, and Advisory Teams.  The final document has been approved by the Saint Paul Synod and is ready for ratification at the January 31, 2016 Annual Meeting.   Your feedback is welcome – please send comments to Lori Hintz, Council Communicator, at

Annual Meeting Schedule – All confirmed St. Luke members are invited to participate in this year’s Annual Congregational Meeting, where new Council members are elected, 2016 budget is approved, and we take a look back and forward at St. Luke.
